  1. Beat the eggs with granulated sugar until foamy. Add lemon glaze and butter, gradually whisk in Cake mix Liana. If necessary, we can dilute the dough with 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
  2. Fill the mold for madeleines 2/3 using a pastry bag. Smooth the surface and bake at 150-160°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn the mold upside down and let it cool.
  4. At the end, we can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

A good tip:
Instead of the original mold for ladybugs, we can use a mold for bear paws.
