  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until light foam, gradually add oil, water and Cake mix Liana. Mix half a cup of flour mixture with cocoa and add to the dough. At the end, lightly fold in the egg whites. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Beat cottage cheese, egg, sugar, lemon glaze and Golden Cream. If necessary, dilute the mixture with a little milk and use a pastry bag to form a grid of cheese filling on the dough.
  4. Bake at 170°C for about 24 minutes.
