Gluten-free juicy cheese griddle
Dough
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 3 / 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 2 mugs Cake mix Liana
- 2 PL Liana dark cocoa
Filling
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 / 4 PL Liana lemon glaze
- 1 / 2 bag Golden cream Liana
- milk for dilution as needed
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar until light foam, gradually add oil, water and Cake mix Liana. Mix half a cup of flour mixture with cocoa and add to the dough. At the end, lightly fold in the egg whites. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Beat cottage cheese, egg, sugar, lemon glaze and Golden Cream. If necessary, dilute the mixture with a little milk and use a pastry bag to form a grid of cheese filling on the dough.
- Bake at 170°C for about 24 minutes.
