  1. 1. Put the vegetable fat and sugar in the mixer and mix it into a foam. Add the eggs and continue to mix until frothy.
  2. 2. Change the kneaders and add Cake mix . We will make a soft dough.
  3. 3. Transfer to a plate and put 1/3 in the freezer for an hour.
  4. 4. Put 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press it onto the entire surface with your hands.
  5. 5. Grate the apples, gently squeeze out the juice, spread on the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar .
  6. 6. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and grate the apples evenly over the entire cake.
  7. 7. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  8. 8. Let cool and cut.

Good tip:
Instead of apple, we can prepare a cheese filling.
