Potato starch fine 200g

The use:
When cooking - to thicken soups, stews, sauces, fruit juices, meat and non-meat dishes of Chinese and Asian cuisine.
Potato starch does not form lumps, it gives food a velvety appearance.

When baking - it will be used to soften cakes, cookies and flour products by replacing part of the flour (1/4) with potato starch.
