Stabilizer for whipped creams and toffee-flavored fillings.
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipped cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of thickener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped vegetable whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
